Dennis and Adam were extremely professional, but at the same time went out of their way with helping to prepare the house for sale. Petra was the only reason we selected Belle. This is the second property we have sold through her and Belle. She was also the agent we dealt with in purchasing 2 other properties over the years. Petra has integrity, something sorely lacking with many agents and agencies. She would never do the wrong thing by people. It’s not in her nature. She is forthright but never pushy and she happily listens, taking on board all your concerns and ideas. She knows the market though and for that we are grateful.

With our latest sale, negotiations were a delicate balancing act as Petra had to make sure a second prospective buyer didn’t lose interest. She foresaw that there might be problems with the initial prospective buyer and she acted in everyone’s interest by keeping the door open. Her communication skills are impressive and were invaluable, resulting in the second interested party becoming the successful buyer when the contract with the first party collapsed.
